 Yes its very much possible.Sometimes you may feel lazy and it will look impossible to you.What i have done is i have downloaded a Workout at home exercising app..and on it are of sorts of routines.But amoung the routines i have picked the one that lasts only 10mins.Which i do during my morning routine.If i feel am ready to spend more time on my workout then i try the other workout routine which last for about 30 mins.Basically i just do the 10 mins to get my day started on a good foot.

Walking does feel boring and long.

Have you tired taking just 30 mins of walking per day? an be as simple as walking to your near by grocery store.If you can start with even 10mins of walking everday. Am telling you.If you do this for arleast 30 days.You willl see an improvement
