How can I reduce thigh and stomach fat without changing my diet or going to the gym?

 Yes its very much possible.Sometimes you may feel lazy and it will look impossible to you.What i have done is i have downloaded a Workout at home exercising app..and on it are of sorts of routines.But amoung the routines i have picked the one that lasts only 10mins.Which i do during my morning routine.If i feel am ready to spend more time on my workout then i try the other workout routine which last for about 30 mins.Basically i just do the 10 mins to get my day started on a good foot.
