When ever I eat more fat protein such as milk I tend to feel more energetic the following day
I wanted to know whether protein is good for energy. Because i used to think proteins make people gain weight.
I ate about 1 kg of sausage
With this i noticed that. I had good energy to use. For yard work outside.
To gain good energy nothing beats vegetable oil from groundnuts.
With vegetable oil from leafy greens its very easy for me to fast, and control my hunger.

I like drinking milk to support my bones.
And so of recent i have been trying my best to drink as much milk as i can.
