I tried just doing pushups and sit ups and let me tell you back in high school it was easier for me, but now as I age laziness is my greatest weakness, and so I failed even to do a simple routine as 10 pushups every day, maybe I was bored.

#3 Know that losing weight takes time and planning.
After knowing these things my success in weight loss exercise improved.
