 A Smooth Transition..To Keto Advanced Dieting

It was March 2020, I looked in the mirror and there it was staring in my face I.

Trying to lose weight, I was frustrated and angry with myself.

I kept asking myself,”Why did you stop exercise?”

It was time to get back in shape. By then I had already know of the keto diet.

It was hard doing pushups, and sit ups in high school exercise was easy and fun and now at this age am getting tired and refusing to stick to an exercise rountine.The battle against my own habits,

I looked to Google play store searched for a work at home without equipment

Exercise app.

I installed it looking at the first line it said”30 day workout Challenge”

And I was scared. It was time to go into the world of weight loss exercise.

The first day in this challenge is called day 1...this exercise seemed to focus on a certain part of my body the chest muscles.

 

Then I ventured on to day 2, and by day 3 which focused on another set of muscles, I quit!Thats right, it was too hard for me.But I had already got 2 days under my belt there was no turning back.

It was during this I decided to watch a 10 min workout video on YouTube and I saw the expert on YouTube doing the very same exercises I was trying hard to do, and I feel in love with the idea of this workout lifestyle, and so I thought to myself “One last try”

 

But I kept the same junk food, and drinking high caffeine energy drinks which I tell are not good for my heart at all. But the taste and feeling was so tempting. Deep down I knew I had to do something about my bad eating habits

Even though I enjoyed fast food I barely could afford to buy it, and so my other bad habit of eating, involved eating table sugar. Mixed in my food for sweet taste.

After a month then another by June, 2020 I had lost 8 kg.

Right now my BMI is around 20...and am of healthy weight.

So I kept this secret to myself and enjoyed my life to the full with energy to work and move how I pleased.

But as soon as I noticed not exercising I put a reminder on the workout app to alert me every day of the importance of workout and now I have set a goal to exercise at least 3 times week. This I did after completing the challenge.
