The One Time I Decided To Visit A Fast Food Restaurant

One time i decided to visit
a very popular fast-food
restaurant known all across of Zambia

On this day i enjoyed the amount of fast food
to the point that I got a ''food coma''
on top of that meal, i even drank an energy drink
--

But later on down the years this habit
did not benefit my health
and so today i try my best to exercise daily
--

When you have a habit that you enjoy but is
not good for your health
how does it affect your lifestyle?
